Delivery & Returns
B2S Stores, make every endeavor to ensure that your order arrives safely in the satisfactory condition it left our warehouse. However, all deliveries should be inspected immediately upon arrival. Please make note of any damage to boxes when signing for deliveries and report any losses or damages promptly to our sales department by e-mail and/or phone.
DELIVERY POLICY & COSTS
We are able to deliver orders to mainland Malaysia and Singapore usually within Three Working Days after receiving your order with costs as set out below. Speedier delivery can also be arranged if required.
- For small or flat packed non-fragile items with a value of less than RMxx.xx ‘Next Business Day’ service RMxx.xx including GST
- For orders up to a value of RMxx.xx delivery cost Rmxx.xx including GST/VAT
- For orders between Rmxx.xx – Rmxx.xx delivery cost Rmxx.xx including GST/VAT
- For all orders over Rmxx.xx delivery costRMxx.xx including GST/VAT
Delivery costs for all overseas orders are quoted on an individual order basis. Due to the varying nature of overseas freight, we can only advise on the costs after receipt of an order. There would be no obligation for you to accept the quote.
You will be responsible for any customs or import duties levied once the goods reach your country, as we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they might be.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We are happy to accept any item for exchange or refund within 7 days of receipt of goods, provided the item is returned unused, in its original packaging and with the manufacturer’s tags still attached (if applicable). This does not affect your statutory rights.
- To return an item, simply complete the return form sent with your order and send or email it to firstname.lastname@example.org
- Upon receipt of the return form you shall be given a RTS Number which must be clearly marked on the return packaging.
We recommend that you use an insured registered carrier to return your item. B2S STORES will not be held liable for the cost of return or lost or damaged items.
Please note that for returned goods, we will refund the price of the goods but not the delivery charge (unless the entire order was cancelled within 7 working days from the day after the day of receipt of the goods). For exchanges, the replacement goods will be delivered to you free of charge.
If furniture has been treated / painted we will repair rather than replace any damage.
